Join our accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course and gain the skills, confidence, and understanding to support mental health at work and beyond.

This 2-day course is fully accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Recognise the signs of poor mental health
  • Approach and support someone in distress
  • Have effective, non-judgemental conversations
  • Signpost to appropriate professional help
  • Understand your role as an MHFAider®, including setting boundaries and looking after your own wellbeing
