Tests can also be useful in staff development, allowing easy identification of individual potential and strengths and areas for development. one person review the employee, it widens the lens and allows several workplace employees to provide feedback, reducing manager bias and increasing reliability.
Candidates are assessed anonymously, and using the peer review data; a constructive feedback report is provided with coaching and development areas.

How are they administered?
The administration is very easy, and all tests can be administered online or in person. The time needed ranges from 8 to 14 minutes.

Results are compared to an appropriate norm group and meet all of the BPS guidelines for test development.
Results are presented in a comprehensive report with graphs and tables to ensure clarity. A qualified assessor will provide interpretation and advice on the scores.
