The training provided by Ellice from Mindset, has been brilliant. She has conducted Mental Health First Aid Training with several members of staff, with those involved expressing their gratitude and appreciation for the new skills that they have learned. Ellice has also given a presentation during Mental Health Awareness Week around this year’s theme, the subject of anxiety. Ellice made everything relatable and had a very interactive approach which made the topic accessible and was well received by colleagues.
Ellice has provided some webinars for us around the subject of mental health and stress reduction while working from home. She is a pleasure to work with, good with communication and made the whole process extremely easy.
