Why should you use psychological risk assessments?
Employers have a legal responsibility to respond to anything that creates a risk to the health and safety of their employees under the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and if you have five or more employees, you are required by law to write a risk assessment down.
Furthermore, mitigating risks will reduce negative impacts on business outcomes. Effective risk management can help your company thrive and create a trusting company culture that feels safe and supported at work.

We can risk assess for stress, burnout, poor mental health, environmental harm, and occupation-specific hazards and provide individual risk assessments for mental health conditions.

How does it work?
We use a 4-step consultation approach with our risk assessments to identify hazards, assess risks, control risks and review control measures.
We will consult with key-stakeholders or an individual at every step of the process and may involve virtual meetings or site visits where appropriate.

I recently attended a webinar hosted by Ellice and I loved it, Ellice was so relatable in her delivery and content. The webinar gave me so many tips and tricks to manage stressful and anxious situations, the tips and tricks were small, manageable and more importantly I actually understood them. I can’t emphasise enough how good Ellice’s delivery was, I’ve been to a lot of wellbeing webinars in the last few years, and this was easily the best one!!!
As part of our new wellbeing initiative, we approached Ellice at Mindset to see how she could help us. Ellice presented two workshops at our offices where employees learnt more about what mental health is and tools to look after our wellbeing. I have been approached by a number of our employees who found the workshops transformative and positively changed their outlook. Ellice presents with confidence, is knowledgeable and empathetic and created a safe and inclusive space for everyone involved. We would wholeheartedly recommend Ellice and Mindset to all businesses who value their employees’ emotional wellbeing.
