It will then diagnose psychological safety at a team level and throughout the whole organisation, highlighting areas needing improvement. The report has suggestions for increasing psychological safety and building strategies for success.

The psychological safety questionnaire takes 12 minutes to complete and is accessible via mobile, app or desktop. A full interpretive report will summarise your individual or team’s level of psychological safety, with positive or negative indicators.
Once analysed, they will receive a takeaway report and have a session with an accredited test administrator to discuss results and provide vocational guidance.
We can also do a resilience workshop for a team.
