The resilience assessment identifies 9 core elements of emotional wellbeing and resilience and examines and explores how you think, feel, and experience emotions at work, helping you understand and reflect on how you operate under pressure.

How does it work?
The resilience questionnaire takes 15 minutes to complete and is accessible via mobile, app or desktop. A full interpretive report will summarise your preferences.
Once analysed, they will receive a takeaway report and have a session with an accredited test administrator to discuss results and provide vocational guidance.
We can also do a resilience workshop for a team.

I recently attended a webinar hosted by Ellice and I loved it, Ellice was so relatable in her delivery and content.
