What does it assess?

The questionnaire assesses 30 core and distinctive strengths, asking you to self-rate what drives and energises you at work and how overusing them or underusing them might impact performance.

How does it work?
The strengths questionnaire takes 20 minutes to complete and is accessible via mobile, app or desktop. A full interpretive report will summarise your preferences.
Once analysed, they will receive a takeaway report and have a session with an accredited test administrator to discuss results and provide vocational guidance.
We can also do a resilience workshop for a team.

I recently attended a webinar hosted by Ellice and I loved it, Ellice was so relatable in her delivery and content.
