A decision style assessment assesses prominent decision-making preferences to understand how you approach, think and act when making decisions.
We can uncover how you assess the facts, work with colleagues, perceive risk and how fast you’re likely to move.

How does it work?
The decision styles questionnaire takes 12 minutes to complete and is accessible via mobile, app or desktop. A full interpretive report will summarise your preferences, highlighting primary and secondary decision-making styles.
Once analysed, they will receive a takeaway report and have a session with an accredited test administrator to discuss results and provide vocational guidance.
We can also do a decision styles workshop for a team.
