This interactive session helps leaders understand how to identify, nurture and apply strengths in themselves and their teams. Participants explore their own profile and learn how a strengths-based approach boosts engagement, performance and motivation. Drawing on occupational psychology and positive psychology theory, we discuss how to embed a strengths lens into everyday management, delegation, team design, and performance conversations.

Using the BeTalent Decision Styles Tool

Decision-making is a core leadership skill, but not all decisions are made the same way. This workshop explores individual preferences in decision-making, highlighting the strengths and risks of different styles (e.g. intuitive vs analytical). Participants learn to flex their approach depending on the situation and gain strategies to enhance collaborative decision-making, reduce bias, and align choices with organisational values.
