Who are they suitable for?

Who are they suitable for?

Workplace needs assessments for mental health are suitable for:

  • Employees experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood or emotional overwhelm who need support to stay well at work

  • Staff returning after mental health-related absence, to explore what might help with a sustainable and supported return

  • Individuals struggling with workload, communication, or change where mental wellbeing is a factor

  • HR teams or managers who want expert input on how best to support someone, especially in complex or sensitive situations

  • People who don’t meet clinical thresholds for therapy, but still need support to function well at work

You don’t need a diagnosis to access this support. We work with people at all stages — whether they’re early in their mental health journey or navigating long-term challenges.

What’s Included

  1. A 1-to-1 assessment session (typically 2 hours) with a qualified psychologist
  2. A clear, accessible report outlining your strengths, challenges, job context, and recommended adjustments
  3. Recommendations that align with the Equality Act and best practice for inclusion
  4. Optional follow-up to review progress or provide implementation support

We focus on solutions helping you find practical ways to improve productivity, communication, wellbeing and confidence at work.

All assessments can be carried out remotely via secure video call. You just need a quiet space, a reliable internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. We offer flexible slots, including daytime and some evenings.
