Our workplace needs assessments are designed for anyone experiencing challenges at work due to neurodivergence or mental health needs. We regularly work with individuals who are autistic, ADHDers, or who have dyslexia, dyspraxia or anxiety that impact how they function in the workplace.
This service is equally valuable for employees seeking support, managers unsure how best to help, and HR teams navigating adjustment requests. Whether you’re self-referring, working with Access to Work, or acting on behalf of a colleague, we’ll help you explore the support needed in a clear, collaborative way.

What others have to say
What others have to say
We have worked with Ellice for several years both whilst she was a freelance consultant and also after she set up Mindset. Ellice has been a fantastic support to our business helping to advise on and implement our mental health and wellbeing strategy which has had a very positive impact on the wellbeing of our colleagues. Ellice has provided fantastic advice and insight and been an enormous support to our colleagues and we consistently received positive feedback.
I recently attended a webinar hosted by Ellice and I loved it, Ellice was so relatable in her delivery and content. The webinar gave me so many tips and tricks to manage stressful and anxious situations, the tips and tricks were small, manageable and more importantly I actually understood them. I can’t emphasise enough how good Ellice’s delivery was, I’ve been to a lot of wellbeing webinars in the last few years, and this was easily the best one!!!
